Story contest

Okay, number one, I am entering a story contest in real life, which could win me fifty dollars. ME MONNIES! And so, I will write a script which could make it into a play. Ready? I had to turn some things around to make it like it happened in LU.


Forest of Shadows

*Lila and Thomas walk on stage*

Lila: Thomas, didn't you ever wonder about those woods?

Thomas: Yes, I did.

*Both turn and look towards the crowd*

Lila: I wonder what is in them. I guess I wonder about most everything.

Thomas: Yes, you do.

Lila: Perhaps we should go somewhere else, Thomas, I think I heard something... disturbing...

Thomas: Do you mean that ear-piercing screech that sounds like it wa-

Lila: Thomas!

Thomas: Sorry!

*Lila and Thomas run off stage*

*End scene*

*Curtain opens*

*Lila walks onto stage, to her mother*

Mother: Why home so early, Lila?

Lila: I need to get some things. Thomas and I plan to go on a walk.

Mother: Alright. Take some notion potions, and some hot dogs.

Lila: Alright, Mom.

*Curtain closes*

*Curtain opens*

*Thomas and Lila walk on stage*

Thomas: Bring the stuff?

Lila: Yah, you? (Yes, pronounced Yah)

Thomas: Yep.

Lila: Alright, lets go over there.

Thomas: Alright.

*Lila walks over to the edge of stage. Maelstrom comes out behind her*

Thomas: Lila!

Lila: Thomas, help!

Thomas: For Imagination, and for my sister, and for... and for... oh, charge!!!!

*Thomas kicks some maelstrom behind... literally!*

Lila: Is that the secret of the Forest of Shadows?

Thomas:  Appears so. I never saw those before.... come on, we need to get home before they come again!

*They run off stage. Curtain closes*
